Saturday, May 21 Clean-up day at Camp Daggett. We’ll be cleaning up the Crow cabin getting it ready for summer campers. Bob D’Alcorn Chairman.
Friday, May 27 there will be a Kiwanis Family Activity a Swim Outing at the Community Pool in Charlevoix. This will take place from 10:00 am-11:00 am. AKtion Club and Builders Club members will be swimming at the pool. Kiwanis Club members are invited to attend as well. This activity replaces the Bowling Outing we did last year.
Tuesday, May 31 at our regularly scheduled meeting we will also recognize 2 individuals who have done so much for our community. These individuals are being honored by our Kiwanis Club through the Human and Spiritual Aims Committee. These individuals do not know they have been selected, thus you will be held in suspense as well. One individual will be given an award at our lunch meeting and another will be given to an individual at Boulder Park Terrace at 1:30 PM.that same day.
June 10-11-12 Trout Tournament: We will be selling Kielbasa at the Annual Charlevoix Trout Tournament.
Sunday June 12th The annual division 22 golf torurnament will be held in Indian River. For more information and/or sign-up, contact Dave Garland.

Russ Bolt spoke about this years Toys for Tots campaign. Unlike the rest of the Country, Northern Michigan's donations were up.
Under Sheriff Chuck Vondra spoke to the Club on the departments battle against drugs in Charlevoix County.
